Gameplay & AI Programmer

Hey! I'm Hugo — a father, programmer, gamer, and recovered WoW-aholic. Most of my gaming time is spent exploring medieval fantasy worlds or playing co-op adventures with my spouse. I love a good challenge, whether it's in code or in combat.

Background

I've spent the past two years studying game programming at The Game Assembly, focusing on AI systems, gameplay programming, and internal tools development. I've worked on multiple team game projects in close collaboration with designers, artists, and animators — simulating real-world studio conditions with Agile workflows.

I'm currently completing my final internship at Filimundus, where I've contributed to released titles and built gameplay features in Unity for a production environment. I'm looking to continue growing as a programmer and contribute to engaging, well-crafted games.
